I booked an appointment and it wasn’t confirmed until after the appointed time. I was charged I sent a message to the owner and stated I was not gonna pay for services I did not receive. I will say I should have called the barber was going back and forth via text after 10 p.m. I am new to the area and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a professional. It’s not even about the money at all and I did call her disrespectful because she came off that way! I am the least dramatic person and sad it went down this way oh well on to the next. Ma’am you are a disrespectful individual and I hope to never communicate with you again if I booked a service that you didn’t offer why accept the appointment?
