Nikki and her family do an awsome job. And trust me when I say I have been to every nail salon within an hour of parsons Tn. From Jackson to Nashville. They keep the building very clean and they are very professional. I do recommend calling ahead or requesting an appointment through fb messenger. They keep a steady flow of customers. Yet its not overcrowded with people waiting to be seen.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Paid 60$ for gel on my real nails and a fill in for two acrylics. He didn’t even fill in the acrylics he just painted over them with gel. They can’t do simple designs. The gel is peeling off and splits in half. He did the gel so thin that my nails are breaking. I’ve only had my nails done for 5 days and I had an acrylic fall off and a nail break. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They cannot do simple nails.

The owner, Nikki, is who I really liked. She and another lady were both doing my nails to help each other with customers and whatnot. Nikki was the one who really stood out to me and paid attention to detail. She was even paying attention when the other lady was doing them too. She got my color about spot on. I forgot to tell her to round them, but I REALLY love the finished product and she got my nail length perfect too and even double checked 🙂 she seemed to really care.

The Lounge Nails made my daughter’s day!! She had a terrible first experience with acrylic nails at another place outside of Jackson. We were told to go to the Lounge Nails and we were so happy we did. They fixed my daughter’s nails and did an amazing job. 3 different people worked on her and made her so happy. The place was clean and everything was very professional. The staff were exceptional and extremely hard working. They were dedicated in getting things right and took a terrible experience and turned it into a great memory for my daughter. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone.

The price was overrated. $90 for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Outrageous! To top it off, my nails weren’t painted thoroughly. Its like they were afraid to paint the sides of my nail bed. I had them painted a week ago today. You can see in the pictures where I had nail growth but you can also see that my nails were not painted side to side. If you are going to go to a salon and pay $90 like I did for gels, I don’t recommend. If you are going for a mani and pedi without nails painted, they did to amazing. My only complaint is price and paint job. The rest of service was great.
