Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI had a really nice experience here. oan Was super sweet and very attentive and kept checking to make sure I liked them along the way. Every time I asked for a change of color or shape or design she was more than happy to accommodate me. Service was fast and easy place was clean. I also find that i never get what i ask for when I show pictures at salons but at this salon I got EXACTLY what i wanted and i loved it. Will be coming back. Did I mention Oan was so sweet! I had a really nice experience here. oan Was super sweet and very attentive and kept checking to make sure I liked them along the way. Every time I asked for a change of color or shape or design she was more than happy to accommodate me. Service was fast and easy place was clean. I also find that i never get what i ask for when I show pictures at salons but at this salon I got EXACTLY what i wanted and i loved it. Will be coming back. Did I mention Oan was so sweet! I recently moved near this shop and have been looking for a salon. Please don’t ignore the reviews that say services are rushed. During my first and most recent visit, I experienced some inconveniences that are making me question whether it’s worth returning to the shop. The only thing preventing an absolute no is the convenient location. The wait to be serviced was roughly 10 min for me and 20 min for my partner. My partner wanted a jelly pedicure, because this is our first time, neither of us were aware that he would have to notify the staff beforehand. At most nail salons, they ask you which pedicure you desire once you’re seated at the spa chair. He was told he would have to get a different pedicure.

Very friendly, and good price BUT. Don’t expect anything fancy if you’re trying to get top design nails with powder. The only one who knows how to do ombré properly is Courtney (full hand pic with grey sleeve). Everyone else who worked on my fills or replaced broken nails to match the ombré could never blend it properly and there is always a harsh divide between the pink and white (zoomed in pic of middle finger). I think it’s because they rushed through on things that aren’t full sets… shame. Gel pedicures are on point though!

I am undecided because the service of who gave me the pedicure was good but the girl who attended me at the reception was not very patient and rude. The service was fast, somewhat distracted because they burned me with the water. I think you can choose this place if you need a service or as a last option

I had a reservation at 4:00 and I checked in at 4:05, but no one came to me to start before 4:45. After removing my nails, they told me there is no time for the new one and asked me to reserve for another day. I am super mad of that and the manicurist took 5 minutes to do a coarse version in weird shape without any polish. I went to this salon twice. These are the two most worst experience ever.

I have been faithfully going to this place for about 6 months. And it wasn’t until today that I decided I will never return. They have used my visits as teaching moments for new nail techs the past 3 times (which I always ignored at first) Which has made my nails take longer and not always the best looking. She was also answering the phone while doing my nails and just very nonchalant about the whole process. While my friend who is Asian, has had quick and enjoyable service both times she has gone. They also decided to try and charge $20 for an extra design, which I’ve never heard until today.
