I Love This Cute Hidden Place. I Was So Happy. It Is Dark And Very Comfortable. The Treatment Was Very Relaxing However The Girl That Did My Treatment Only Did A Foot And Leg Massage And Did Not Know Reflexology. She was Ok A The Massage Part. It Was Almost Like The Massages At A Nail Salon. If You Are Looking For Reflexology Go Somewhere Else. If You Are Looking For A Amazing Place To Relax This Is The Spot.When I Came In I Was Not Asked For Some Tea. When I Left I Was Asked. Next Time Ask That Question During The Treatment. Other Than That The Staff Was Great.

The ambience and vibe of the entire place is what you need if you’re stressed and need to unwind and relax. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My foot reflexology was also nice. I almost fell asleep during my session. And the tea and cookie at the end was delightful. I will definitely be coming back.

My husband gave me a gift card for reflexology, he paid full price. I took my mom and we both loved it. Then we purchased a package and went together again (my mom and I). This second time was just the most mediocre massage ever. The guy (a different one) applied such little pressure it felt like my 3 year old playing with my feet. Also, I could feel his nail, which was very annoying. Even the amount of water and salt/ gel he put in the bucket was much smaller. My mom got the same woman and had the same feeling; less pressure and not a great massage like first time. Did it happen because we were not paying full price? Did it happen because they were both tired? Don’t know, but I’m not returning.

The massage was just ok. Very basic and light pressure. Was expecting something much better. I was also disappointed by the customer service. They gave me a very hard time about the promotion they were running even though I’d called to clarify multiple times prior. Disappointed, will not return.

I love this place but I HATE the receptionists there. They always almost NEVER assist you with your appointment over the phone. So it is very hard to even get an appointment. They are very rude too because they leave you on hold for way over 20 minutes. I had to call from another landline to finally speak to someone and when I did, they told me that they could not reach the person to let me know my credit on my gift card that they would have to get back to me. SMH why couldn’t they tell me that before?!
