I came to Lotus first with deep insecurities of decades long shame related to facial hair. Ashley met me with such care, skill, understanding, and encouragement! And my only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner! I could not be happier with the work she’s done and again, the stress this removed from my life I will forever be thankful for! Since then I have also done Dysport at Lotus and again – I am SO happy! I wish I could go to Ashley for everything! I came to Lotus first with deep insecurities of decades long shame related to facial hair. Ashley met me with such care, skill, understanding, and encouragement! The facility is beautifully decorated, boasting a vintage, up-cycled vibe, and filled with unique, artistic, and stylish decor. The service I received from Ashley by far exceeded my expectations. She is kind, caring, genuine, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. Also, she makes you feel valued as a client by being receptive and responsive regarding scheduling and questions related to the procedures. I also loved the specials she offers and the gift bag! The facility is beautifully decorated, boasting a vintage, up-cycled vibe, and filled with unique, artistic, and stylish decor. The service I received from Ashley by far exceeded my expectations.
