I was a walk in. First time here. With one hour to go before closing I wasn’t sure if they would be able to take care of me. One of the salon employees went to get Marc who was done for the day but agreed to stay and cut my hair. Marc was awesome. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. My already short hair was reshaped to look great. I would recommend this salon to everyone. All the employees there were fun to talk to. Thank you Marc

Michelle gave me *exactly* what I asked for. I’m so happy! The price is great for the quality you get. I’ve had so many salons try and cut my hair how *they* think it will look good and i end up with something super different from what I asked for. So glad to actually have the cut I love!

Such a cute, friendly place to be. Jessica is wonderful and experienced. I vaguely explained what I wanted and she could translate and apply it perfectly. Genuinely wanted me to leave feeling beautiful and loving my new cut. Highly recommend the salon and Jessica 🙂

I called and set up an appointment for the next day for a haircut and color. They called back and said I’m sorry we don’t like to fit you in around other clients like the first person you spoke with scheduled you, so could you come in an hour later instead… I shifted things around and came in the next day at 2 like my appointment was scheduled for and was just told by the lady there ‘that is for tomorrow not today’. I said ‘no it was scheduled and rescheduled both for today, I am positive.’ I was then curtly told ‘well there is nothing I can do to help you we just have no one available.’ She then turned to the woman standing next to me waiting and began assisting her without another word to me. No apology, just dismissed. I realize that mistakes are made; however, there’s a way of going about things and way of not.
