I went in for a simple, dark brown hair color, and left after 10 hours with my hair a shade of black. Multiple dye processes were needed and a color removal, and still I was incredibly unhappy with the results. I had to spend over 200 dollars to correct the issue at a different salon. I have never walked out of a salon with wet hair before. I could tell the stylist was very uncomfortable and unfamiliar with a pixie haircut, especially when she asked the receptionist how she should cut my hair. If the stylist is new, I feel a senior person should be on-site for guidance.
