Yadira is an amazing hairstylist. This location, for anyone new to the area is NOT where mPs takes you. It’s actually Roots to Ends in East Longmeadow! Make sure to let them know if you need the physical address and bring cash or a check. They do not accept cards. However, they are worth it! Great and friendly service and they listen to what you want! I will definitely be back and hope to be a regular.

I have been customer here for over 10 years now. Yadira is just an awesome hairstylist and a very caring person. Not only she is great at what she does, she is also great at making you feel welcome. I had a major motor vehicle accident and ended up with broken C5, C6, jaw and cheekbone. I had to be in aspen collars for 10 weeks. I couldn’t wash my hair at home , my husband was very scared to even try. After few weeks I called Yadira asking if she could just wash my hair. I didn’t have any appointment, she told me to come right then. I still wouldn’t forget how well she took care of me that day, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt no discomfort. Not only that she didn’t charge me even with my insistence. She said “it’s just a wash Tasneem, feel better and come back I will charge you then.” That hair wash made me feel human again and her care made me feel so great that day. I don’t believe I took 5 years to write this review but better late than never.
