I went to the loft yesterday for the first time so excited to get my hair done. It’s been over a year and a half since I dyed my hair and I wanted to go darker with a balayage and a face framing money piece. Showed her pictures of what I wanted and explained I wanted an ashy brown with no warm tones. My hair is orange on the top and brassy. There’s no money piece, no balayage, nothing like what I showed her. I didn’t say anything at the salon because I thought maybe it was just the lighting or a big change and that’s why I didn’t like it. After I’ve had some time to look at it and discuss it with other people I am very upset with my results. I feel like I got jipped out of $215 and now I am going to have to have it fixed. Disappointed would be an understatement.

Absolutely phenomenal! I was amazed the second I stepped in with the beautiful decor, kind staff, lovely soft robes and high quality spa sandels. Very clean changing room with nice lockers. My facial with Morgan was amazing. Very relaxing, professional, great products, wonderful massage. I highly recommend and will most certainly back.

I just had my first experience at this spa and it was SPECTACULAR! Amelia, the wonderful woman who did my manicure and pedicure was amazing. She helped me to feel totally relaxed and absolutely pampered during my session with her. The Loft is lovely, with quiet music, great design, and offers a lot of services. I am looking forward to returning… so, why, you might ask, only 4 stars? It would be 5, except for the truly ridiculous pedicure chairs. I’ve been to salons in which the pedicure area is unplumbed (e g. No running water to the chair), but the solution is a reclining chair that sits upright when it’s time to soak the feet. The recliner at the loft is comfortable, once you’re in it, but it is low to the ground (very low) and in order to soak you have to sit up, swing your feet around the side, and attempt to support yourself sitting sideways while your feet are in the water. I was totally relaxed until this moment, and although Amelia helped me to right myself and get settled, it was awkward and uncomfortable while soaking. I had planned to give a pregnant friend a gift certificate for a pedicure, but she could never go through the gyrations necessary to do a foot soak! So, I do recommend the Loft highly, just be ready for the pedi chair if you go!

Danna is amazing. I don’t typically leave reviews, but she is too good not to. I’ve had a facial and several other treatments and they have been nothing short of perfection thanks to Danna’s skill and ability to help me feel comfortable and at ease. Also, the fact that The Loft uses Eminence products is a major bonus. I am super picky about my products and I always read the ingredients: Eminence is the best— by far. So I’m a very impressed and happy client!

I have had a few facials with Marina, she is the first time I have ever rebooked for a facial, she is AMAZING. I have tried everything you can think of for acne and Marina has been able to treat it in 3 sessions. She is filling a hole for acne suffers in the valley that is greatly needed! She always says “your skin will be beautiful enough to go to a wedding right after this” and it’s true, zero redness or swelling. Just clear, clean, treated skin.

I hired the ladies at the Loft Spa to do mine and my mom’s hair and makeup for my wedding day. To start, they opened their doors an hour early just for us so that we could keep on schedule for the day. I loved my hair and makeup and it all stayed put the entire night. Was such a lovely experience and a great way to start my morning. Highly recommend!
