Amie has done my hair for years, and recently, in the last 2 years or so, Sydney has done my hair a handful of times. Even when I moved to Orlando I would come up just so one of them would do my hair and I do the same now that I live in Tennessee! I fully trust both of them, they listen, they absolutely nail the look I’m going for and they do a phenomenal job each and every time!

The salon is very beautiful, cozy. Yesterday I was there to wash, dry and do curls. But before scheduling my appointment and I took a picture of the curls I wanted, and I asked can someone do this curls on me, the receptionist went to a hairdresser and asked if it was possible, she said yes, so I made an appointment to me, and was confident. When I arrived at the salon, I was received very well, a very sweet hairdresser, but the service I was disappointed. My hair wasn’t washed very well, the roots of my bangs were oily, she used shampoo only once and didn’t wash my hair roots, then soon she used some conditioner, so it dried, and it wasn’t too dry, my hair it was still damp, it was just dry with your fingers and you didn’t use any styling brush for my bangs, and i asked for it. When she started doing the curls I could hear my hair “frying”, because it was damp, the curls were small not like what I asked for, I showed her the photo before. Anyway, I have extensions, my hair is black, beautiful and easy to manage, my hair was horrible, when I got in the car in the parking lot I just wanted to cry, my hair was dirty, and I didn’t have any curls anymore. I spent $60, I’m disappointed, I had to get home and do the curls again, I used mousse to fix the curls, because the hairdresser would have to have a vision for that, on how to hold the curls, I used my iron de long curls, I’m upset, it was my first time at the salon, and I don’t think I’ll be back, completely disappointed and sad.

Critical: PunctualityShort novel but here it goes. I came here about 4 years ago and really enjoyed the whole experience – but that was my last haircut until now. Scheduling an appointment was a bit difficult to coordinate on a day that the curly hair stylist was there when I was available but, I finally booked a date. For 10 days, I anxiously waited this appointment looking forward to having my first haircut in 4 years as well as my first curly cut. My husband and I scheduled a date night and I hadn’t washed my hair 3 days prior (only wash 2-3x a week) because I was ready to enjoy a nice long wash. I arrived right on time to the appointment and was told my stylist was running about 10-15 minutes behind. No problem, I can wait. But, the longer I waited, the more behind she got with my appointment and the more I knew she would be rushing with me. So, after waiting almost 45 minutes, I left. Disappointed would be an understatement, I almost wanted to cry. I got a call shortly after from Jamie who said the stylist agreed to cut my hair at no cost. While it’s a nice gesture to the situation, I told her that I was too upset to think about coming back as it had really disappointed me and ruined the plans I had made. I understand about getting behind, I manage a large veterinary clinic and appointments often get behind, but instead of making clients wait, we tell them the realistic wait time and if they want to reschedule before waiting for 45 minutes, then they have that opportunity instead of wasting their time. I also know that when you get behind, you rush to get caught up and I wanted the stylist to really spend some time talking with me and getting to know my hair expectations – I couldn’t see that happening by waiting for 45 minutes already. This was a huge let down for a highly anticipated day for multiple reasons. I would’ve given 1 star but they are very friendly and did offer to remedy the experience.Short novel but here it goes.
