Kamy Jo and her team are amazing and welcome you the moment you enter the salon! I cannot recommend Kamy Jo enough, she’s not only talented and made me the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair shape and style but she listens and takes time to make sure she’s making your hair goals happen. Sooo I went to the Salon to get extensions or help with my hair because another salon from Bonney Lake really messed it up. I can not even tell you on how happy I am that I tried the Loft Salon … I had an appointment for discussing my wants and needs… and it was great .. so when I went in .. Kami got to work on it … long behold I was amazed by the outcome … so I took awhile to write a review … it has been about 3 weeks … and I am still amazed (of course it helps that I get compliments left and right) Kami and the staff makes you feel welcome… sooo amazing .. No matter where I am at – this is the Salon I will trust. … Thank you Kami and Staff ❤️

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe first time I came in April I gave a lot of grace. My appointment was at 3. The owner pushed it back several times because she was running late. My 3 pm appointment ended up at 8 pm. And I still waited close to 30 min to be let in the building. She did a great job though and I was willing to give her another try. I had another 3 pm appointment today. I stood outside for almost 10 min after my appointment to have the owner call again saying she was running late and asked me if I could come back at 5. If customers are expected to be on time so should stylists. I get the occasional fluke, but two times in a row has me questioning this salon’s time management ability. My time is just as valuable as theirs.
