Just left my first appointment at the salon and will certainly be back! The whole experience was very pleasant. The woman who washed and conditioned my hair explained what she was doing and which products she was using. Caitlyn listened to what I wanted haircut-wise and did not disappoint. Overall the salon had great vibes! I will certainly be back.

Have been seeing Kristina at Loft Salon in Highland Park for about a year now – highly recommend! After moving to New Jersey a few years ago it took ages to find the right person to cut my hair. A coworker referred me to The Loft after a stylist at another salon gave me an absolutely atrocious cut, and Kristina was my savior. My hair does some wonky things and she’s terrific with managing it, she’s patient, and she has a good eye for what will or not work for me. Everyone at The Loft is friendly, they’re efficient and on time, parking is easy, products are great, pricing is standard for the area, and they will take excellent care of your hair!

I’ve had hair stylists outside of DC, in Seattle and in NYC and I have never had better service. Caitlyn listened to what I wanted, clearly understood what I wanted and took the time to offer suggestions. We talked through the color and cut before she even started. The experience was fantastic. They are not the least expensive but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this salon. (I also had an encounter with the owner and another stylist and both were great too!)

Amazing hair stylist, they are friendly, and the place is so cute. To get inside you do need to use a side door and walk up stairs. So I don’t recommend this place if you have some sort of mobility issue. The Unite Products they use work great for my hair. I always end up stocking up on the items I need.

Get your hair done here, you won’t be disappointed! I get mine done by Kristina but anyone there would do a great job. Besides being amazing, knowledgeable stylists, they are super-nice people. Highly recommended.

Ann Marie is born to cut and style hair. I think she may be able to do it in her sleep. My husband has been going to Ann Marie for more than 20 years after he got a really bad haircut somewhere else and is officially scared to go anywhere else. Everyone at The Loft is incredibly friendly. I love that they put out coffee and cookies every day for the guests as a nice touch.

I loved this salon in 440 Raritan Ave. They made me look more beautiful after they fixed my hair. I did a Brazilian blowout and totally I was very happy with the result. It was truly blessed that I can here to have my hair done. It was too fantastic.
