Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in asking for platinum blonde with dimension & walked out with this. The top of my hair was the only thing touched..foiles clearly slipped (roots) and the mid to the end of my hair was not toned. Kinda why half my hair is yellow and half is platinum. To say the least, I am not satisfied. This was the second time this hair dresser did my hair (she also screwed up the first time). She serviced me for free after I told her I wasn’t happy with the way she did my hair. The second time was not the “charm” in this situation. This looks unprofessional and poorly done. -20/10. DO NOT recommend. I am highly disappointed and irritated at this. Why would you let a client leave the salon like this???…Update: I have contacted her and asked for a partial refund and she has blocked me and not refunded me. Very unprofessional.
