Today was my first time visiting The Loft and I got my hair transformed by Kailey. I had the absolute most amazing experience!! Kailey is extremely sweet and knowledgeable and made me and my hair feel like royalty. I could tell she truly loves what she does and sincerely cares about her clients and doing the absolute best for not just the hair but also the client. Prior to moving here I had gone to the same hairdresser for 18 years. I was extremely nervous about finding a new hair stylist. I do not have enough words to truly express how wonderful Maryann and Kailey are! I just moved to PCB a few months ago. Prior to moving here I had gone to the same hairdresser for 18 years. I was extremely nervous about finding a new hair stylist. Maryann not only has done a wonderful job with my hair, she also has given me so many helpful hints about living in this area. She took my natural blonde to a gorgeous red with no brassy tones or “pinks”. My color holds better than any other I’ve had done. She is easy to schedule with, always on time, and very open to helping work through style ideas. She’s honest about what will/will not work with hair types (I have a lot of hair, it’s just very fine and tends to lay “flat” when not cut right) and about how much maintenance will be required. She is also very open about what will/will not work on my face shape/type. She doesn’t just promise a look that cannot be delivered but will work to make your “vision” a workable reality. .We are military and move often, so I know how hard it is to find a great, dependable stylist you want to keep a relationship with. But there is no one else in the panhandle I trust with my hair more than Kelly!It’s a clean, quiet salon where you feel welcomed. No pretension, no hustle/bustle of dozens of clients at the same time, and a relaxed atmosphere where you know you’ll leave feeling your best self. Kelly Mandeville is incredible. I followed her from her previous salon simply because I don’t want to see anyone else. She took my natural blonde to a gorgeous red with no brassy tones or “pinks”. My color holds better than any other I’ve had done. She is easy to schedule with, always on time, and very open to helping work through style ideas.
