I’ve been going to the loft for various skin, lash, brow AND sauna services since 2019 and Natalie (the owner) has gone above and beyond to make the space completely relaxing and homey so every time I go in, I don’t want to leave.Autumn and Lindsay are fantastic for skin and lash/brow services, I would recommend them to everyone. (Autumn and Natalie have helped me with my adult acne, skin dullness and redness issues more than I ever could’ve imagined!)Would also recommend the SaunaFit services – if you’ve never tried an infrared sauna, it’s a great way to recover from workouts, travel, stress, etc and the area is just so well thought out that again, you won’t want to rush to get out of there when your appointment’s up. (There’s now a shower in the space so you can rinse off and leave feeling completely refreshed! Another great add-on by Natalie)The front desk staff are always so kind and welcoming and one thing that sticks out most to me is I never feel like I’m being coerced into buying products by anyone at the loft – an issue I’ve had with facial places in the past. As a beauty professional and someone who used to offer lash extensions my self, I can tell you that you are not going to get better service any where. She is fast, and does a phenomenal job. Her space is stunning, and relaxing, and just the type of business Baltimore needs. I have seen other service providers that work for her and all of them are just as exceptional as she. As a beauty professional and someone who used to offer lash extensions my self, I can tell you that you are not going to get better service any where. She is fast, and does a phenomenal job. Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. She went above and beyond to address my “maskne” and other skin concerns. I had a great experience and highly recommend Lindsay and the loft for excellent skin care.
