Kristina has been doing my hair, my 15 year old daughter’s hair and my seven year old daughter’s hair since we moved here a few years ago and I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else. She knows that I hate getting my hair done, does what she needs to do and I am in and out. She knows that my 15 year old LOVES getting hers done, talks her through the trends, common sense approaches, boosts her self-confidence and truly treats her like her own daughter. And she knows my seven year old little tomboy knows a haircut is a necessity so does just what she needs to do for her to look presentable. Stacey is absolutely A-MAZING!! I found myself in need of a new stylist, it was just time to move on from where I had been going. I saw all these really good reviews for The Local, so I took a chance and made an appointment for a consultation first, which I had never done before, but I really did not want to go from the fryer to the frying pan if I could help it. I met Stacey and talked with her about what I wanted. I found her very engaged in listening and asking questions about what style I wanted, color/highlights and lowlights and decided to move ahead with her. I am just SO Glad I did! On the day of my actual appointment there was no need to repeat myself she was on it! When she was done, I was so overwhelmed with how my hair looked – which was EXACTLY how we discussed- I told her I could literally cry I was so happy!
