Critical: ProfessionalismI called to schedule an appointment and I didn’t get anyone. I received a call back from a lady and she asked me who am I and I asked if she does locs and she’s proceed to say you don’t have to call that much and we don’t have any openings right now with an attitude! She never suggested that I call back at a specific time nor did she give me any options! As a business person if someone calls your business phone obviously its pertaining to business! Secondly, I have only been in Michigan for a few months now and Im from the Caribbean!! With that kind of attitude you don’t make it very far! I called to schedule an appointment and I didn’t get anyone. I received a call back from a lady and she asked me who am I and I asked if she does locs and she’s proceed to say you don’t have to call that much and we don’t have any openings right now with an attitude! I told her I’ll call back to see when could come in for the following day bc my schedule was busy too.
