Izzie is so sweet and amazing at her job I always feel comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied after my visit. The whole concept was new to me and Izzy made me feel SO comfortable. She explained the whole process as she did it, we chatted about our cats, and I found her to be incredibly genuine and kind.
