I drive all the way from Garland but I can’t even imagine going to someone else. To be honest my hairstyle used to be atrocious but she definitely saved me even when I didn’t know what I wanted. Her haircuts, perms, and level of service are always on point and now that she owns her own place the environment and vibes are very cozy. I highly recommend getting a haircut from Annie as well, her communication and service is wonderful and I’m looking forward to seeing her popularity rise alongside Ashley’s. I’ve been going to Ashley for about 4-5 years now regardless of location. I drive all the way from Garland but I can’t even imagine going to someone else. To be honest my hairstyle used to be atrocious but she definitely saved me even when I didn’t know what I wanted. Critical: ProfessionalismAfter long-waited appointment for my teenage son’s haircut, I am wondering if these 5 star reviews are for real. Hairstylist and I communicated in Korean clearly so this was not due to lack of communication. A photo of his last haircut was shown to her and told her this was too short and asked her numerous times pls to trim and not to cut too short. Told her he wants to keep his style. She said she will do her best. Well, She kept chopping up and my son even told her to stop cutting too much. When she finally stopped and asked how his hair looked, it was already much much shorter than the last photo shown. She kept saying it looks neat. I said it looks too short. As we were leaving, she said “your son must not like his haircut”, as if she did a good job but he didn’t like the cut. Not too short means not too short. Trim means not chopping. After long-waited appointment for my teenage son’s haircut, I am wondering if these 5 star reviews are for real. Hairstylist and I communicated in Korean clearly so this was not due to lack of communication. Highly recommend her keratin treatment, I do it once every 3 months and my hair is healthier and shinier from it No more frizzy hair and split ends! She always knows what I want, and I’m always happy with the results, especially with my bangs. I trust her skills, judgement and honest advice towards what hairstyles fit with the current trends.
