I have been here many times to get my nails done and stopped going for a while because the nail tech said I would look prettier if I were skinnier. I came back to get my nails done last week and I wanted a French set with a mickey mouse head on one finger each hand. The design was poorly done and so was the acrylic set. She did not push back my cuticles (the acrylics started to lift after two days of wearing them) and she left my fingers looking like they did when they came in with the exception of the acrylic nails put on top. It was nothing but rushed work and I paid full price for trash. I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else.

Overall this is a nice nail salon. Clean, friendly, many colors and services to choose from. Pedicure was perfect, massage that comes with it needs some work, mine was very rushed. Manicures and fills are top notch- depending on who you get. Otherwise, expect uneven fills that are unnaturally thick.

Always a pleasure. I’ve known lily over 14 years now, and all my family get their nails done with her, and they also have their pedicures done by the employees there. I love how she cares about each or her clients, getting to know each one on a personal level to make them feel special to her at each visit. Tyler is a wonderful nail artist. There is a slight language barrier in his American-English communication. However, he is very risilient in making sure he spends the extra time communicating with his clients to make sure he’s 100% sure he’s understood their needs and demands trying to be achieved from their visit. Ultimately his effort and talent pay off by now great his work turns out!

Let me start by saying as a returning customer I was like all the other satisfied customers, the cleanliness, friendliness and most importantly the great nail services that I normally received. UNTIL!!!! I came in one Friday to get a fill-In, 2 days later a single nail came COMPLETELY off..Next day(Monday) now a total off 3 nails literally lifted off like a press on nail…..mind you, I wasn’t even upset, after all that was the first time I had an issue with my nail services @ Lilly Pad (Chester)…. I was more than confident that I’ll go back to have them replaced/redone with no issues, being that their Always friendly, professional, and personal, calling you “Baby this n baby that”…BOY OH BOY!! was I deceived!!!…. Stopped in Tuesday( 4 days later) with nails in a plastic baggie, just knowing that I was going to have my nails replaced/redone free of charge ….Instead, I soon found out that Lily is a hustler, she doesn’t care about CUSTOMERS it’s OUR MONEY!! She tried to charge me another $60 dollars to FIX the mishap!! Just wow!! Clearly they lifted off, no breakages, looks like press on nails as I mentioned…Expensive $60 dollars ones what makes it bad ♀️ I walked out to never return, sad bc I really enjoyed having a nail shop in my own neighborhood..

Lily and her family are always excellent. All staff not as outstanding but very good. It’s the best nail salon anywhere in this Chester to Petersburg area. Clean, knowledgeable, careful, attentive people and a good atmosphere.
