I have been going to last tangle for almost a year and this is one of the best hair salons I’ve visited. Jennifer is great. She’s very professional, courteous, and friendly. I like the fact that she doesn’t just suggest the most trendy haircut that you see walking around everywhere but rather takes your face shape and lifestyle into consideration as well. The atmosphere at the salon is very upscale but warm and welcoming at the same time. Lee and the rest of the staff are great and I love the reminders that I get on my phone!

Amber never disappoints, and all the staff are fun and friendly. I so enjoyed the music today, btw. My cut looks and feels great, and as always the recommendations of products for my specific needs were given when requested. I’ve been a customer for many years and will continue to be as long as they let me. As a side note, Amber has guided me during the process of hair regrowth post chemo, and I’ve greatly appreciated her help and input.

Jennifer (owner) at the Last Tangle is awesome. She listens to her clients and gives them what they ask for. She is a hair genius. She performed an amazing “color fix” on my hair. Another salon in Durham, NC had over-charged me and left my hair in a mess. Jennifer at The Last Tangle rescued my hair and fixed my color. She is amazing! Worth every penny.

I’m older and have had the same stylist for many years and change is hard and I had avoided getting my haircut for 6 months! When I found out Miranda had only been cutting hair for a year I was terrified! I then thought, this is a perfect time to assess her skills! The test is when you get home, your hair never looks the same when you leave the salon. I love the cut!!! She blended in my back perfectly, makes me feel younger and my hair looks and feels fabulous.
