I used to go to the Queen Anne location and was really happy with my esthetician there! She left and I moved but I decided I’d stick with Carol & her staff and try the Lash & Wax boutique in Redmond — and I’m *so* glad I did. I saw Kelly today for my usual (and long overdue this time) hydra facial and we added a micro needling treatment and I’m already scheduled for my next treatments in January. Kelly was kind and fun and handled my chatty moments as well as the quieter ones so well and just overall made me feel at home while still being professional and making sure I got the most out of my treatments. Product recommendations didn’t feel pushy and I grabbed a few things I’ve been wanting to try out based on her recommendations for my skin goals. So happy to have found her and it was lovely to see Carol again as well! I plan on being a loyal regular client for years to come.

The service was great, nice and clean place as well. The price is absolutely out of control. I made an appointment to get my lashes and the employee told me that I needed to removed the ones I had and clean around my eyelid. So I told her ok. Never imagined by saying yes the bill was increasing to a $356 with the 15% tip. I payed this and I left completely thinking that was unreal!

Had the best afternoon with Natalie! She is very professional, warm, welcoming, informative and detail oriented.
