The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. It feels like a little family. Taylor does my lashes and she’s amazing and I look forward to seeing her every few weeks. She loves her job and you can tell. Carol, did my microblading and my semi- permanent eyeliner and it looks so good. It was fast too! I put off the last two services for a long time because I thought they would be super expensive, take hours and be painful. They were none of the above. I had been going to the lash and wax boutique every two weeks for around a year, I decided to take a break from lashes over the summer. When i returned during the early fall I did not mind paying the hefty $350 for a new set. However, I scheduled a follow up fill while i was, there two weeks later I had not received a text so I decided to call, no one picked up the phone. I called continuously for about a week leaving voicemails each time. Finally I received a call back that my appointment had been “lost”? The lash and wax boutique has a policy in which if you wait more than 3 or 4 weeks for a fill you need to pay for a full set. (not sure if it’s 3 or 4) It had now been 4 weeks, I asked if I had to pay for a fill or a new set sense I had scheduled and appointment and had called several times and they told me I needed to pay for a full set.I think it is absorbed that there poor costumer service would cost me an extra $200.

This boutique is over priced and under preforms. I would definitely recommend going to another salon for your needs. With poor communication and non responsive service I felt like the technicians at the Greenlake branch are more about profit and less about client satisfaction.
