I have been a customer of the Lash Studio since December 2019. Liz provides world class service to her customers at a competitive price with personalized attention. She takes pride in the job she does and never falls short of exceptional work. Her salon is clean and her safety protocols are first rate. I recommend the Lash Studio and Liz to anyone who is looking to switch to a new lash salon or is looking to get lashes for the first time.

She is super meticulous and very detailed! I highly recommend this place. The studio is very clean, everyone is very nice and professional, I love the quality of the lashes, and everyone always complaints me on my lashes and how beautiful they are! Liz is always very welcoming and checking on my needs. At the end of my appointment, I always schedule my next appointment because Liz’s schedule fills up fast and I always appreciate that. I’ve been going to Liz for eyelash extensions for almost 2 years (because once you start you’ll never want to stop)! She is super meticulous and very detailed! I highly recommend this place. The studio is very clean, everyone is very nice and professional, I love the quality of the lashes, and everyone always complaints me on my lashes and how beautiful they are! The best lash studio! I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and this place is AMAZING! My lashes stay on very well and they teach you how to clean them and care for them!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy experience here began with no one greeting me when I arrived. The entire time I was there the techs talked amongst each other but didn’t say a word to a client. I was happy with the results of my lashes until a couple hours later I had a horrible infection in my eye and couldn’t have my contact in. I was leaving for vacation the next day and the woman who did my lashes suggested over the counter eye drops. I went to the doctor to be told my eye was infected and my cornea was scratched. No contacts for a week. I am legally blind and wearing my glasses on the beach/pool while I would normally wear contacts 24/7 was a huge nuisance. I decided to give them a second chance since this could’ve been a fluke, did not get a response back about rescheduling. Just received my doctor appt bill, $200 later, in addition to spending $200 on the lashes, not happy. They expressed no sympathy about my eye and my ruined vacation nor my medical bill. My experience here began with no one greeting me when I arrived. The entire time I was there the techs talked amongst each other but didn’t say a word to a client. I was happy with the results of my lashes until a couple hours later I had a horrible infection in my eye and couldn’t have my contact in.
