I went in to see Chi Chi yesterday evening. It was such a great experience! First, she got me in last minute, late in the evening. I felt like that was so considerate and most people wouldn’t work that late so I really appreciated that. On top of that my lashes look amazing! They’re full and fluffy just like I wanted them. I originally had them done somewhere else and wasn’t satisfied, but her set is perfect! I could tell while she was doing them that she was was focused and really paying attention to detail. I will definitely be going to her for my lashes from now on! Thank you Chi Chi 🙂

I went to here yesterday and got extensions for the first time! I love them. The first night with them I must have rubbed my eye or something, but she made time for me so I can go back in and get the small space filled even though she had a full schedule. Angelina is the best lash artist in NWA!! Been her regular, weekly client for over a year now and I just love lash days! She is professional, uses the highest quality products, and is quick and very meticulous about her work. I look forward to every appointment and her prices can’t be beat! I have several things to say about The Lash Spa NWA. First off, the atmosphere is wonderful, prices are great, and they do a wonderful job! Unfortunately I will not be returning as I just recently had a horrible experience. This is a long review but it is something that needs to be said. Angelina has been doing my eyelashes and has done a great job. During my last appointment I noticed that once she was done, my right eye was noticeably much fuller than the left side. I asked nicely if she could try and remove some to make it more even. I am not sure if Angelina was having a rough day or was just stressed, but she did not handle the situation well at all. She was very mad that I would even ask her to make them more even due to her time crunch. She said very rude things to me, huffed and puffed, asked me to leave and said “I cannot spend another second on you” after SLAMMING her cabinet door. I was in shock. Never have I been talked to like this before. She said that maybe I should just find someone else that could do my lashes the way I please. I am not sure if it is because I am a college student that made her feel as if she could talk to me like this, but I am still a paying client. She has always done a wonderful job! I was just asking if they could be evened out, I did not realize that would cause such a problem. In one of the reviews The Lash Spa replied to someone and said “If a client is unhappy with any work we have provided, we would be happy to fix it” this was NOT the case. Getting your lashes done is an expensive upkeep, so I simply did not want to walk out not happy when one side was visibly thicker than the other. I left in tears and shaking as I was so shook up with how I was just talked to. She does a wonderful job, but this was unprofessional and left me very upset and uneasy.

I went to Angelina Cosey in June 2017 for lash extensions for my vacation, but after I saw what a great job she did I couldn’t stop going. These lashes make me feel so good about how I look without wearing mascara. I highly recommend these ladies. So very nice and great at what they do.
