All the ladies do amazing work here. I usually see Skarlette and she does my lashes exactly how I like, and since I travel she is flexible with scheduling. Also able to do foreign fills SEAMLESSLY after I’ve had someone elsewhere fill in. Super friendly staff and the most comfortable reclining chairs to boot! Way better than the awkward tables that I usually get sore laying on. I definitely recommend calling them or they use schedulicity for convenient scheduling.

Sadly disappointed with my new set of classic eyelash extensions placed by Teal. Her bio on schedulicity indicates she has 6 years of experience but has not worked in a salon or lash bar in15 months. I am surprised the owner and/ or state allows individuals to practice w/o current experience. She was late to our appointment- after she completed the application I viewed the finished product. Less than impressed because they were visibly fuller on one side. I asked her to even them out to look like a set not fraternal twins. After checking her messages on her phone we proceeded with the process. Checking out I was shocked when I was informed that she charged me $25 more because she spent more time placing those few voluminous lashes to complete my finished look & the charge for those 5 lashes. I reminded her she started late. It didn’t phase here demonstrating her lack of professional and attention to providing a good service.

Came in for a full lash set with Teal, ended up unhappy with our final result so called and left a message later that day asking if I could come in for a removal ASAP. Didn’t get a call back, called again the next day and was put on hold with no answer. I was polite in my request and wasn’t even going to request a refund, but this is really shady. My lashes were installed so tight on my waterline that it hurt to blink, which made my eyes water so badly that I had 50% fall out by the next morning. Luckily a different salon was able to remove them for me the next day with minimal damage to my natural lashes. I could have reached a similar result by spending $10 on strip lashes from the drug store and glueing them on in a moving car.
