Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate of someone’s time and effort. Made an appointment last week for today at 9:00am and got there a few minutes earlier just to find the establishment closed – waited half out outside and called several times and no answer. Its been 4 hours and I haven’t received even an apology email/text. Drove over 40 mins round trip for nothing! Please don’t waste your time and money on this place!

The hours listed online say they are open until 7:30pm, I booked an appt for 5pm but got there even earlier as expected. I felt a little rushed as if the tech wanted to leave soon. I’m impressed that my set took 30 min and came out very nice but there wasn’t any after care instructions or anything after the service was done. I’m happy with my lash extensions but I would recommend not accepting clients an hour before closing. i rate it 3 stars because I felt rushed.

Horrible experience. This was m first time going there after my friend recommended I go with her. They changed our appointment 3 TIMES. Once, 1 hour before our appointment they said their power went off and were not able to take us. How ridiculous!!!!! So we finally made another appointment and got them done. We went out to lunch that day and most of our lashes fell off. We called them about 10 times before they answered the phone. I told them how unhappy I was so they said to come at 1 pm. We went and they put more lashes but HORRIBLE JOBBBBB…… NEVER EVER GOING BACK. I PAID $80.00 FOR SOMETHING THAT LASTED 2-3 DAYS. Don’t bother to go there. I did not even want to give them a star.

Shopped alot of different eyelash extension shops here and there before I finally met Jessica. I’ve been getting my lashes done here regularly for couple years now and am always satisfied with my new beautiful lashes and their services. They always try to accomodate customer’s schedule even if I make last minute appt request and never run late for scheduled time. Jessica knows her stuff very well and she’s also amazing at wedding makeup & hair! I got mine done 2yrs ago and whenever I look at my wedding pics, I still think it was my best decision to have Jessica for my hair & makeup on the special day of my life! Thank you for making my lashes fuller and fabulous every time I visit!! Can’t wait to go back to revive my bald & lifeless lashes!! LOL

Amazing service and work. Have been getting my lashes done since 2006 so I’m in a position to criticize. I just wish I lived closer so I could sign up for the monthly unlimited. I travel long distance (from Westchester NY) and it’s worth it. Lash sets lasts very long and ppl are very accommodating with appts. Jessica is THE BEST!!!

Some people are charged $60, $70, and others are charged $80. No previous discussion of how the charges are structured, no price signs other than the monthly membership cost and different charges for mink and synthetic. Poor management of appointments where they constantly called and changed my appointments.
