So I decided to go to the Lash Lounge in winter park. To start, the prices are outrageous compared to other lash places around, and if you want any sort of volume to your lashes you have to pay a lot extra. I payed over 215 for hybrid “level 2” lashes by Zoe and they were horrific; no lashes at all in my outer corners and barely any in the inner corners. Lashes on my right eye looked completely different than my left eye- some lashes were randomly short and long. I called and told them, and they offered to do a “partial” fill. So I went and Zoe didnt even say anything, no apology, nothing. She barely spent anytime fixing them and was rude. She acted like I was putting her out. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend going here. There are other lash places nearby and this company is just money hungry.

I wanted to share a review of my lash tech Lucy. She is so talented and does incredible work! I have been going to her for a few months and she is one of the best! She truly cares about the health of your natural lashes and every fill has turned out beautifully. While I have had some issues with the mishandling of appointments at this location, I will say they resolved everything and are very kind at the front desk. For the reviews complaining about price, when it comes to lashes, high quality and precision are a must…and Lucy provides both. My natural lashes have zero damage and my extensions are complimented all the time! Definitely recommend.

I have been to several different lash places, and I can confidently state The Lash Lounge Winter Park is superior to all if them! The level of customer service is unsurpassed! The people who checked me in or professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My technician was more concerned about the health of my lashes, and what was better for me, then selling me products that I don’t need. She took the time to ask me questions and she listened to what I wanted. I would recommend the location to any person who is tired of accepting below par service and results!

While the lashes look beautiful this place is over priced and they try to tack on random charges. I went in for a hybrid refill, I already paid my $159 for the month and additional $9 for a senior stylist and without asking they were trying to tack on another $30 charge. They told me my lashes were falling out cause of the gym or my skin care or not cleaning them enough. So I tested not going to the gym for a week and easing up on my skincare. And took their advice to clean daily and they were falling out like crazy. It’s also crazy they their prices are higher than a location not to far away.
