I got my lash extensions done today with Lydia. This is my first time ever to get lash extensions and I was somewhat fearful of looking too fake! Lydia spent a lot of time talking to me about my expectations and what I wanted my lashes to look like before stating, she also made some recommendations. I got the classic full set with a C-curl and mink finish. I love my new lashes!! They look like I have naturally super thick and long natural lashes, you can’t even tell that they’re extensions, which is exactly what I wanted. Suzy, the owner helped me with the check out and the after care instructions. Suzy is very sweet and professional. The salon is very clean, classy and modern, which I also love! Amazing staff and location! Kareymi has been an angel! (Btw, I get my lashes permed) She always checks in and is transparent about every step which is so nice because I can definitely get startled. Also! I have super sensitive eyes and she has been very sweet and accommodating in regards to the bright light when I have to look back for the bottom lashes to be secured. I almost always doze off while under her care because it is so relaxing They even offer a light blanket and put a cushion under the knees. Just amazing service! GO SEE MY GIRL KAREYMI!! She is a must

My first and only time coming here was when I was 16. I was looking forward to some cute lashes and my friend even informed me of a sale they were having. I ended up making an appointment and hating how they looked in the end. It hardly looked like I had any lashes yet they charged me for a volume set (my appointment was for a classic set). Looking back I wish I could’ve said something but I was super young at the time and didn’t want to make a fuss. I remember spending around $300 plus tip because their iPad at the time (not sure if this is still the case) made you choose a selection of tip beginning at around 20%. I felt and still feel as if I was taken advantaged of. There are a lot of other places and lash technicians that won’t take advantage of you as they do here. UPDATE The owner is stating that they don’t have a record of me going to this location but I’m 100% sure this is the one I went to. My last name on here is not the last name I used when going to my appointment. Shame on this establishment and the owner for failing to hold accountability.

The quality of work here is worthy of mentioning (Kareymi is wonderful!!!! ) but the scheduling here is a N.I.G.H.T.M.A.R.E. I usually have my appointments booked out 2 months ahead, and without fail almost every other appointment is always changed last minute, whether it’s the stylist or the time.
