I was a model today for one of the new stylist Alexa and she did wonderful. She was easy to talk to, so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m happy that I was able to be a part of such an important learning experience. My right eye seems to have more of a uniform flow but my left one seems to be bunched together just a bit and has already had two bunches fall out and neither side seems to have had lashes completely covered from end to end but I’m sure with more practice all the new techs will do fabulous. Again, I was grateful and excited to be part of the learning experience and hope my feed back helps to encourage and improve the mastery of her skills thanks lash lounge

I’ve gotten my lashes done for the past two years and have never had any problems. When I got there, I was really excited to try a new place out. I was talking to the stylist, and she told me she wanted to do a “silent service” so my eyes would not water. My eyes have watered at other places and they’ve never said this to me- they just wipe the water off and keep going. She then proceeded to put in headphones and listen to music for the rest of the service. When she was done, I felt like the look was very thin and sparse… if I wear mascara, my lashes are longer and thicker than what the extensions look like. I woke up this morning and noticed 3-4 of the few of them had fallen out already, which I’ve never had a problem with (I will literally go surfing/ swimming in my lashes from Diva Nails in Cocoa Beach and they stay on for two weeks.) I unfortunately won’t be going back. This place may be perfect for people out there looking for a “super natural” look and quick/ convenient service, but i value quality customer service and a noticeable difference in my lashes (even with a classic sets.)

Critical: QualityI was recommended here by my mother and her friends. I normally get my lashes in Orlando and never had an issue. Thought I’d give this place a shot since it’s near by. My lash lift and tint service was so bad. My lashes weren’t even lifted at all. As they said “it looks nice” when In reality there was no result. I also got my eyebrows tinted but looks like they just removed my hairs instead of making it appear more. I went back to get it fixed but instead my lashes started falling out. It’s been a week and my lashes have fallen out. I’ve never had this issue before until I got to viera lash lounge. My mom and her 5 friends are never going back and have all cancelled their next appointments. Manager wasn’t even helpful. If you see my picture that’s not what you call a “lash lift” or tint. They can’t say it was my lashes because I’ve NEVER had this issue in the 4 years of doing this service in Orlando. Had a very nice experience at Lash Lounge! It was my first time having my lashes professionally done. I came in for a lash lift. I was greeted and taken care of upon coming into the business. The lounge is pretty, quiet and clean. Ms.Lydia did my lash lift. She’s very sweet and answered all my questions and she explained the easy after care. She was concentrated, careful and the entire experience was pleasant. My lashes look so good and I’m very happy with them. I recommend Lash Lounge and I look forward to returning for more services!

Went in today as a “model” during their “stylist training”. I saw Alexa. She really did a great job and restored my faith in Lash Lounge. I had been once before in December 2021. At that time I spent more than an hour and more than $100 and couldn’t tell that anything had been done. WELL- this trip made up for that one! Today was a great experience. Alexa was kind and professional. I am very happy with my lash lift/ tint and brow threading/ tint. Thanks so much. I will be back.

I get my lashes done consistently in many different places as I travel often. This was by far the worst result I’ve ever had. Appt was on 7/23 for hybrid level 1 lashes, overpriced comparatively, but especially when quality of service is considered. The stylist was sweet but admitted she didn’t have any experience. Lashes had no dimension and looked like false glue on lashes, but okay. By evening 7/23, many on left eye had already fallen off. Waking up 7/24, about 50% of lashes on left eye were gone. Contacted them and was told they’d contact me back. Had to catch a flight for a trip that day, back on 7/30 with maybe only 10 lash extensions left on left eye. Ridiculous for 1 week. Right eye was shedding but still okay. After not hearing anything, contacted again and was told they were all booked up for any potential fix (which wasn’t even what I wanted as I would never return there for their services) and would get back to me if something opened up. Then nothing at all. It was so embarrassing to have lashes only on one eye 1 day after the appointment with no time to get them fixed. The customer service was terrible, despite their very corporate feel, they are horrible at dealing with issues. Whole experience reminded me why I avoid these corporate beauty care places. Stick with smaller businesses that hire people with actual experience and use quality products rather than whatever is shipped in that week.

The whole team here at the lash lounge Viera is top notch. The service is amazing. Peggy is a total superstar and her glam squad is at the peak of performance. The whole process of getting lashes was brand new to me. The amazing lash stylist walked me through every step of the way from installment of the lashes to taking care of them afterwards. The $25 special is a really good way to test the waters to see if you would like to take the full plunge into the lash lifestyle. The monthly membership is a really good way to bundle and save as well. I highly recommend!

I’ve been a repeat customer of the Lash Lounge. I had to cancel a last minute appointment and they told me I had credit to use with a week. My fault for not using it in a week but we had 2 hurricanes. When I came back for a full set, they refused to honor my credit. The Lash Lounge doesn’t care at all about retaining customers and I will now find a lash stylist who appreciates my business.
