I had a great experience the first time. My lash technician was wonderful and did a great job. I rebooked a lash fill however, I could not make it to the appointment due to a work emergency. When I told them at 9:00 am (my appointment was at 3:00 pm) instead of giving me options for a new appointment date/time they just said that’s fine we just charged the card on file a $50.00 cancellation fee. I told them I do not authorize the charge. They did it anyway and no response since. I am a business owner myself and I work around schedules constantly without charging any fees because I know how schedules change. I let them know 6 hours in advance but that was not good enough. I was going to sign up for their monthly membership but after this, I will not return here.

Beautiful studio, terrible service. I got my lashes done a week ago here and half of them are gone from one eye already! I hardly got any put in to start despite sharing photos of what I wanted- a full, more noticeable look. I was offered to come back and do the refill the way I wanted, however after my lashes fell out I decided to go elsewhere rather than waste my time and money going back. Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you want lashes that look noticeable and last for more than five days !

Really don’t go here because not only you will lose your time and money, but it was the most awful and unprofessional salon that I have seen in my life and also very bad treatment. I can’t believe that the employees of a salon are not at the level of beginners and they charge you at the level of professionals. I am so happy that I came upon The Lash Lounge when trying to find a gift card for my wife. I was immediately impressed when I entered the lounge as it reminiscent of elegance and class. The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and down to earth. I had a fantastic conversation with Anita and her daughter Rachel. They really cater to the customer and strive to create a best in class atmosphere where customers can come in, relax and be taken care of. I highly recommend them.
