On September 30, 2022, I had gone in for my scheduled volume lash appointment and walked out loving the level one service I received. Unfortunately, just an hour over the 24 hour mark to allow the lashes to get cleaned and wet, majority of the volume lashes which were applied had quickly fallen off and now both eyes are left to look like nothing was done. One eye has maybe five fans of lashes and the other has no more than eight. It had been a few years since I had eye lash extensions applied, however nothing of this sort had ever happened. I’m aware that lashes are bound to fall off as our lashes naturally shed, but wasn’t expecting just about all to be gone in a little over 24 hours. Having had paid over $200 for services and then a tip on top, I immediately called the salon and cancelled my fill scheduled two weeks later. There wasn’t much compassion on the phone which was disheartening. I wish I could share I’d be back but unfortunately I don’t think I can spend this sort of money for lashes to just be gone within a day. I’ve attached a photo of all the lashes which were washed/brushed out during cleansing as well.

Not happy with my lashes… the technician was very sweet and friendly but the lashes were uneven between my eyes. One eye was clumpy and sparse and the other eye lashes were separated and prettier… now I’m on my vacay constantly trying to curl and separate my clumpy side… very disappointed… probably won’t be back. She should have recognized that my lashes couldn’t support the service I requested and offered a better solution so they’d look better… probably won’t be back.

This place is horrible and so is the customer service. I paid over 150 dollars to get my lashes done. Not only did they almost completely fall out 3 days later at no fault of my own but the manager had the audacity to tell me that because I couldn’t come in when they wanted me to that I’d have to pay 70 extra dollars for them to fix THEIR mistake. That is absolutely ridiculous. Please avoid this place like the plague. The one in stone oak is so much better. But not sure if I want to do business with this brand any longer.

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!!Technician not completely skilled and instead of suggesting a lash take off and start off I was charged an additional $30 for coming in for an outside refill on top of the $80 price. Lashes started to come off within a day of the appointment and I had to go back to try to fill in gaps needless to say the “experienced” technician which cost an additional $9 upgrade was afraid to fix the botched job. She preceded to try and sell me lash serum for $90 which you can also buy at Ulta for $36. Don’t waste your money because they don’t even offer the membership until AFTER you get initial work completed. Try AMAZING LASH because the Lounge AIN’T IT!!!!

Lash Lounge at the Rim is my absolute favorite. I’ve been to a few other locations from Las Vegas to Raleigh but I’ve found my favorite technician at The Rim. Cierra does an absolutely amazing job! She truly cares about you and the health of your lashes. I always get the classic lashes and they feel so natural and look so good. I’ve had my lashes done in Japan before and I swear Cierra does just as good of a job. I love how the lashes make me feel. It’s like I can jump out of bed in the morning and already feel done up. Love it. Makes my life so much easier. Was really tired of falsies yanking out my natural lashes. Highly recommend Lash Lounge at the Rim. Plus, the front desk staff is always super friendly and accommodating.
