I have been getting my lashes done by Crystal for over a year now and she has been the best! She has perfected the art of doing lashes, which has gotten me several compliments almost everywhere I go! She is one of the most flexible, reliable, and sweet lash techs I have ever met. I recommend any person seeking a lash tech to try her out! I have also gotten my eyebrows threaded by Crystal multiple times, and of course she does an amazing job making sure to thread my brows to a perfect shape (and not too thin). Crystal is truly an all around amazing artist that knows the best for all of her clients!

I love the Lash lounge! I’ve been going to them for the last three years and they have been excellent! All the stylist are great, but Alicia is my absolute favorite. I always leave with the best looking lashes that last a long time. The customer service at the front desk is wonderful and they treat everyone with respect and kindness. I am so excited!! Renee gave me my first set of beautiful lash extensions! She was quick and gentle~ no pulling, or poking, or any discomfort at all, really! I even caught myself falling asleep on the bed!! Bella, the receptionist was very friendly! She pointed out the correct lash wash to purchase and she scheduled my next visit!! Thank you for a great first time visit, with many more to come!!

I had the most awful experience here at Lash Lounge of Rochester. they reached out to me and asked for my experience and I did not offer any solution. The lash tech, Lena rush through my lashes and the store manager was absolutely rude to me. She said she had didn’t have enough time when I had scheduled enough. It’s a week later now and all of my lashes are gone. Please see photos. The first two are photos from when the lashes were filled that day. It looks like I need to fill in already! I will not be coming back. Do NOT recommend, especially Lena.. avoid this tech at all costs! Super unprofessional and does not care about her work at all!

I have to admit, I was a little nervous coming in to get my lashes done, not knowing if I could handle someone messing around my eyes for 2 hours. Elizabeth was amazing!! She put me completely at ease and was so professional! She was so gentle I even fell asleep for a little while during my session.
