I chose this store because statistically it was the best reviewed lash place in the Reno area, with 263 reviews at an average 4.7 stars (at the time I was searching). I was really happy I chose this place because it was really clean, quiet and all of the staff was very friendly! Angie was the woman who did my lash lift and lash tint and she was awesome. She was gentle, took her time (in a good way), explained what she was doing and generally had a great personality! Her work was really wonderful as well, I felt like I looked like a doll when I got to see my lashes for the first time. It is so nice to not have to curl or apply mascara to my lashes and still have them look good every time. The price was fair for the service that was given. I will be coming back again!

I love this place for so many reasons but the 2 main reasons are the flexibility and the fact that everyone uses the same brand of glue, lashes and pretty much the same technique. You can see anyone anytime and get almost the same results. The lashes are fluffy and great quality. Definitely recommend to my peeps. Jess C is who I go to and she’s phenomenal!

So I work for a lash extension place, and had my lashes done last Friday. TL;DR: I’m one of those rare, lucky girlies that is allergic to lash extension glue. I broke out in a horrible reaction the following day into Sunday, that required an emergency removal ASAP. My eyes were swelling up and it was very quickly becoming a serious problem. I called TWELVE salons and these guys were the only ones who got me an appointment. So I drove 20 minutes down to get those bad boys off my face, and let me tell ya it was painful. Poor Alyssa at Lash Lounge had to deal with me flinching and squinting and my eyes watering, but she got me in and out with lightning speed. My eyes instantly started getting better and I am now in recovery with Benadryl and Cortisone and ice packs. While I still look like I got punched in the face by Jack Dempsey, if it weren’t for Alyssa I might have been in some deep trouble. The removal was super cheap too, so I left her a good tip. But if you’re looking for a great lash place, it’s worth the drive to go here. They genuinely care about their customers, and made me feel comfortable, welcome and cheered me up with jokes despite my circumstances. Alyssa is my hero! Thank you for rescuing my eyeballs!

I’ve had a great experience! This is my 4th time coming. I’ve had Hybrid and Volume. Both amazing. Jenn is wonderful! She takes her time and was very through on what she was doing. Asked me what I wanted and followed through! I signed up for the membership, and I am so glad I did. I’ve had an eyebrow tint as well, and was amazed! I will be going here ALL the time!
