Heather is my preferred stylist and I’ve been booking my “lash naps” (aka- lash therapy chats lol) with her for quite some time. Heather is highly skilled, kind, sweet, and so funny! We discovered that I am sensitive to a lot of the glues and she worked diligently with me and other stylists (when she’s not available for an appointment) to make sure she found the best adhesive with the greatest lash retention and ensures others are aware what works best with me as well. I absolutely LOVE her and would recommend this Lash Lounge to any one wanting to boost their looks and/or confidence! All the people at the Prairie Village location are awesome, but I also have to recommend another stylist, Krystal. I have booked numerous times with her as well and our conversations pick up where we left off from our previous sessions and my lashes always look flawless when I go to leave. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a lash appointment with any of these skilled stylists and I am proud to say I get my lashes done and have been going to Lash Lounge for over two years! If there is ever a problem it is always resolved and my retention over time has far exceeded other places I have tried. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a gracious smile and friendly conversation, which is always greatly appreciated. I NEVER plan on leaving these talented professionals!

Fatima is the best! I’ve been getting lash extensions from Fatima every 2 weeks for over a year now and she’s excellent! I get the volume lashes with an extra 20 lashes for a super lush look and she always gets it done in less than an hour! Also, Fatima is very kind and makes getting lashes easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend her enough! Also, Nicole at the front desk is awesome! She always sends me appointment reminders and is very nice and helpful.

don’t come here for a lash lift! i got a lash lift here and it was over curled, they offered to redo them and i accepted and it just made them curlier! they didnt wait long enough between redoing them and now my eyelashes are very damaged and still insanely curly

I have to say, a couple of months ago I had a terrible experience at the lash lounge on 135th. The owner was incredibly off putting, some of the lashes fell out the same day, the whole experience was a regret.
