Sam is by far the best manager I’ve ever seen interact with clients of all types! She is always happy to see you, remembers everyone, and goes way above and beyond for every client! Bella, Tori, and Hollace are super at helping clients check in and out plus they all have the biggest smiles that instantly puts you in a great mood! Now, the “Lash Magicians” (they are truly magical at these lashes ladies!) are amazing! I get compliments almost everyday from people who can’t believe they are extensions! Sarah and Allison are my angels! You will love your lashes, they will be gorgeous and never like caterpillars! They have the greatest attention to details and really listen to their clients. I got my first set of lashes done with Kladia and am super pleased with how they turned out. She was very knowledgeable about the different types, lengths and curls of each lash. She took the time to look at photos of what I liked and she was spot on with the finished look. The process itself for volume 3 lashes took 2 hours, but it went by fast and was super relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and the salon is very clean. Super happy I found Lash Lounge. I’ll be going back soon!

I visited The Lash Lounge at Nocatee this week and found the experience to be relaxing and upscale. I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and Sarah did a beautiful job tinting my lashes. I had initially intended to get a lash lift as well, but Sarah advised me to wait since my last lift (at a different salon that I wasn’t impressed with, which is why I tried TLL) had been over processed and she wanted to make sure the damage was fully grown out. Sarah had the health of my lashes as her top priority, and I appreciate her integrity. I’m looking forward to going back in January for the complete service.
