I ABSOLUTELY LOVE This eyelash extensions salon. It truly is my favorite. I haven’t been to this one in particular, but it’s 3 minutes walking distance from my home ) I added some photos of me with extensions and then the last 2 are without extensions. One is with mascara, but I don’t have enough eyelashes to make it look long. Another MAIN thing that I absolutely LOVE is that you get to lay down (I’m soooo relaxed that I fall asleep!! But there’s another one that I’ve gone to where they put you in a trendelenburg position. And if you’re not a nurse (like me) or a doctor, you probably don’t have a clue what that is. It’s where your head is in an upside down position and your feet are up in the air. Now, if I had to do it for 5-10 minutes, I could tolerate it, but when you’re in that position for 2-2 1/2 hours, it’s truly horrible. All your blood rushes to your head. It’s not a comfortable experience like it is with The Lash Lounge!! They truly go out of your way to make you feel comfortable.

I was new to getting lash extensions and the lash tech is as very insightful and let me know what can be achieved with my lashes during the consultation. I loved the lash extensions, but ended up getting them removed and opted for a lash lift instead. Every experience I’ve had here has been great and everyone is super friendly. I never knew getting my lashes done could be such a relaxing experience.

For my first appointment I had my first appointment with Debbie and she did a great job explaining what to expect and how to take care of my lashes before my next refill. For my refill I got Shelley for my appointment and she was super sweet and did a great job as well. I’ll definitely continue going there for My eyelash extensions.Edit: I thought about making this review for awhile because my first sessions with the Lash Lounge were great. But my last one was horrible and is why I’ve decided to start getting my lashes done somewhere else. I went to a different person for my refill, and she did a horrible job. When I walked out of the shop after I had payed, I realized that three lashes were glued to my BOTTOM lashes, and one was even glued to my eyebrow. Within about five days all the lashes had fallen out, my natural lashes with them. The only issue I have with the Lash Lounge is that some of the stylist just aren’t qualified, even when they say they are. I went to the same tired stylist all three times, and the last time the woman obviously had no idea what she was doing. I understand that sometimes you can pay for a lower tier, but no one should be glueing eyelashes to your bottom lash line. Then they just aren’t qualified and need more training. I would also like to mention that I got the most classic, natural looking eyelashes that you can get and she still did them wrong. Now I get my lashes done at an independent stylist, and she is consistent and does them well every time.I love going here for my eyelash extensions. Haley is a great eye-lash technician! My lashes get compliments! She is super sweet, calm and fun to talk to; I highly recommend her services. As for the overall experience, I am freaked out by the NWO requirements of masks and temperature taking. Also, the prices are double what I used to pay. I will continue to go to this salon because I hear the technicians are good and Haley is excellent.

I have been a customer at Lash Lounge for years now, and cannot say enough good things about the ladies! Regardless if you want shorter, more natural lashes or longer, dramatic Volume, you’re in capable hands! Allison and Abbey at the front desk are quick to answer questions, and often will know you by name if you’re a “regular.” Most recently, during my appointment time there was a power outage, and instead of sending me home, Megan finished the appointment while Farrah held up a cell phone light. In the seven years I’ve been getting my lashes done, I’ve tried several different studios, but Lash Lounge is hands down the best and worth the investment!!
