I’ve been going to get my lashes done here for about a year and the experience has been fantastic. Kate and Ashley are “Fairy Lash Mothers”! I leave feeling fabulous every single visit. They are super knowledgeable and make sure my lashes and brows are on point. If you have the chance to get on their calendars I would 100% do so! I also can’t forget Olivia – who is a whiz at making sure all of my appointments are on the books and keeps me posted if my desired times aren’t available. Overall, the team makes it an enjoyable experience.

I got hybrid eyelash extensions for the first time from them. I’m giving 2 stars bc the customer service was great, but I will never get my lashes done there again. The day I got it done I came home they instantly started falling off, I got a text asking me to come back in. Even though I’m almost 25 mins away I figured after I paid 150 I might as well. So I did. Sure enough the next day at least 3 came off. And as the days followed they continued. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m disappointed, lashes are my thing and I never had this experience before. I don’t doubt they know what they are doing I just think maybe it’s who I had.
