Anne was very good. I love how light handed she was when she did my hybrid lash extensions. There was no sting felt nor any discomfort. It took less than 90 mins but it felt faster than that. I was very relaxed the whole time. Ariel and Angie were at the front the desk and they were really friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this lash lounge for anyone who’s interested in getting theirs.

I didn’t know anything about them, but when my lash appointment at another place fell through, I searched online, found the lash lounge London Square location, called, and they got me in right away. Angela was a pleasure to have when it came to scheduling my appointments. She was efficient and very nice. For my brow lamination, Simone did an amazing job with my brows, color matching my tint perfectly ! Ebony threaded my eyebrows and did a great job with shaping my eyebrows according to the natural arch. Lastly, Lenis did my eyebrows extensions and gave me exactly what i asked for, she was so sweet. Overall my experience at the Lash Lounge was amazing and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I recommend this location because it has the best staff !!

I’ve personally been to quite a few places but this is the best place! They are professional, kind, chic, clean, and ha e the friendliest staff. In addition, my lashes last way longer and they do exacy what I’ve asked for. I’ve done different looks for different occasions and they nail it all the time. My technicians name is Anne. She is amazing and very gentle. This is my official nap time. I highly recommend!

I had my eyelash extensions done with Anne a week ago, she is really professional and patient with me. My lashes are quite thin and I don’t have lots of lashes but she did everything she could to make them come out so beautiful!! She made suggestions on the size and style that suited me which I followed her, and my boyfriend loved them, he said they looked so natural and not “fake” lol. And after a week passed, my lashes are still full, I’m not loosing them much, it really surprises me on the technique or how Anne did it, they still look amazing!! I highly recommend Anne, she goes above and beyond and she provides excellent services, she gives honest suggestions, she’s friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll always go back to Anne for the lash extensions!
