The space was soooo clean, welcoming, and comforting. Jojo did a great job on my lashes & understood the exact look I wanted. I love how they take extra steps than traditional lash techs such as measuring your natural lashes and following the right sanitation standards. The receptionist was very hospitable, super friendly and her music taste was on point

The Lash Lounge is under new management/ownership and it shows. It looks clean and very pretty. The lash artists are new and some are still in training to be certified through their extra training program. This is why during their soft opening the prices are significantly lower. It’s worth it. You’re helping new people learn and hone their skills and promoting a new local business. My lash artist was Tailar. She was soft handed, very patient and friendly. It took about 2 1/2 hours which is normal for me. I recommend this place. I love my new soft wispy lashes. Thank you.

My first time going the manager Shana was very nice. My stylist put my lashes on Wednesday. I noticed some shedding the same day. Didn’t think anything about it. Thursday I hop on a plan and upon landing I go to the restroom to freshen up, I noticed that an unusual amount of my lashes were on my face underneath my mask. Friday, one of my eyes was nearly lashless. Saturday my bed was filled with lashes. I called Shana and told her what was happening. She apologized and offered another appointment at no charge. I go to my appointment, the new stylist Dulci was not friendly. After her consultation I reminded her that this was a no cost relash and she was adamant that she wasn’t doing this for free. I explained what happened and told her to speak with the young lady at the desk. While it wasn’t Dulci’s fault the lashes fell off…she for some reason had a very unprofessional attitude. While she did a great job her customer service was less than desirable. On a higher note the other staff for the most part are friendly, accommodating and engaging. The facility is clean and the music is nice.
