I’ve had a great experience here, my lashes look fantastic and the entire staff has been very friendly. Excellent customer service. Sammie has been great at giving me the lash look I wanted, but I’ve seen two other stylists who also did a great job. I started with the “Classic” / natural look but have started to get a “Hybrid” and love the added fullness that still feels natural looking. I also love the location right in the same parking lot of the Public House.

I came in for a first time lash lift + tint, the staff were all very sweet but I definitely don’t think I would have this done again or at least not here. Unfortunately pretty much everything that I was scared of having happen, happened. My technician got the perming solution and the tint color in my eyes over and over and it stung SO badly that I was worried that when I finally opened my eyes i’d be blind. The little plastic tool they use to push your lashes up onto the pad was scraped on my lash line/water line multiple times and it was really uncomfortable and painful. I told her a few times that she was getting things in my eye and it was stinging really badly and she told me it was “probably normal”~ it definitely didn’t feel normal and was incredibly painful. When the service was over my eyes were irritated and watering so badly; she handed me the mirror to look at my lashes and I was honestly so disappointed. The “lift” made my eyelashes go straight out then straight up in a squared off 90degree angle that looks SO unflattering and was exactly what I was worried about~ not at all the swooping curled up look i was hoping for. It looks like I pinched my lashes super hard with a curler to the point where they’re about to snap off. She left me with bits of adhesive or something still all over my eye (it looked like white crusty pieces all over my eyelid), and the tint color was all over under my eyes looking like permanent mascara smudge. The skin around my eyes has been irritated all day and is red and raw and feels swollen/tight, and I keep having twitches in my eyelid… I wanted to badly to love this (especially paying over $100 for the service) but i’m honestly so unhappy and will be patiently counting the days until this eventually grows out/sheds 🙁 Again, the entire staff was SO sweet and seemed professional, but this was just such a horrible experience and has made me terrified to ever try doing this again.
