I have had eyelash extensions for many years, probably 10. When I moved to Great Falls 8 years ago, I was concerned about finding a quality artist that could do no harm to my natural lashes. I’ve had bad extensions before (poor artist technique) and all of my natural eyelashes fell out! After a year and some prescription medication, my eyelashes grew back but I still desired to have extensions! After talking to many friends and strangers that had extensions in place, I asked ‘who did their eyelashes?’ Repeatedly I heard of the Lash Lounge, so I decided to trust my instinct and give Sarah an opportunity to restore my faith. She has been a godsend ever since! Sarah has always been honest with me, and even a few years after taking care of my eyelashes, asked me to take a small break from the extensions (with no revenue for her). She knew it was the right thing to do for me, even though I balked! I was having a small reaction to the eyelashes touching my skin and after a month break we tried again. That was two years ago and my eyelashes still look amazing! Sarah is meticulous about not allowing the extensions to touch my eyelid skin, thus preventing any reaction. In my opinion, other artist would’ve just given up on me and said I couldn’t have eyelash extensions, but Sarah knew how much I enjoyed having them and didn’t quit on me. If you’re lucky enough to get on her clientele list, I suggest you stay there. She is one of a kind!

I have been seeing Sarah for about 2 years now for lash extensions. I love Sarah because she is so open and honest when it comes to doing lashes. She is very educated on lash extensions and knows how to avoid damaging your real lashes. She’s extremely friendly and welcoming, talented, flexible, and honest when it comes to her services! Just over a year ago, I moved to Great Falls from the Seattle area. I spent some time researching opportunities for services for eyelash extensions in the area. I came across the lash lounge Instagram page, and was impressed with postings of Sarah’s work. Sarah was quick to respond, arrange an appointment, and educate on her services. Sarah’s pictures on Instagram don’t do her justice … her work exceeded my expectations! I have loved my eyelash extension experience with Sarah!
