Always have a wonderful experience at the Lash Lounge. From the front desk staff to lash techs, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. My lash tech Dassha is so meticulous with her work and is super gentle on my lashes. You can tell she really cares. I walk out loving my lashes every time.

My first time getting lashes but they’re too sparse and I think they could have been filled in more, even though I wanted them to look real natural…I also want to add this, I was new to getting my lashes done and you gave me someone with little experience. I always wonder why establishments do that, it’s as if you don’t want the customer to return why not give me someone with more experience. The young lady was pleasant but did not know enough if you had to be telling her what to do. I’m very disappointed every time I look at my lashes, if I’d just put some mascara on I’d been muscle happier… very disappointed ….

I got a lash lift and tint and the employee who did it was super nice ! However when I was done my lashes did not curl, I called and asked for a refund because I paid $140 for this service and my lashes did not look different than when I came in. They said I cannot get a refund but come in to try to perm them again which was nice. However I just wanted a refund, but I went in anyway and it curled a LITTLE more but a few hours later my eyelashes are straight and feel brittle And this is supposedly supposed to last 6-8 weeks. I cannot believe I spent so much money for this and they did not reimburse me if the treatment did not work. I am extremely disappointed in my eyelashes.
