This was my first time receiving any lash treatments/services and it was a fantastic experience! Customer service was amazing from the front desk to the technician I had, Kayla. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and they look very natural! I also got a lash lift and tint – my natural lashes are already black so the tint didn’t make a huge difference but the lift came out good despite my stubborn lashes. Overall, Kayla was a great lash tech and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The place itself is also beautifully decorated and clean with a relaxing ambience.

What a lovely spot! I used to get my lashes done often and took a break. Thai was my first time back at a salon and it was a great experience. The front staff was very welcoming. My lash magical , Shay, was so gentle, kind, and accommodating. We spent most of the ti me chatting about life so it made the time pass quickly. I felt relaxed and comfy the whole time(I brought my shawl to keep me cozy). The aroma diffusers were great to add to the calm.

I fell in love with my eyelashes and how natural they felt/looked. I constantly get compliments everywhere I go and always recommend everyone to see Rudy at the Coppell Lash Lounge. If you are new to eyelashes I would highly recommend this location as they are clean, professional, and amazing. Since my first visit, I fell in love and decided to get a monthly membership so I go twice a month.
