Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had had a slew of not so great experiences with lash extensions, and was honestly feeling ready to just give up on the idea altogether. I found Claire last minute and she was able to get me in just in time for Christmas-and I’m SO GLAD I FOUND HER! She was punctual, clean, and just the sweetest person. She asked questions to really understand exactly what I was looking for, and despite my answers being somewhat vague she completely NAILED it. I just kept saying to her and everyone “I’ve never had lashes like this in my life!” LOL. They are absolutely perfect AND it’s been a few days now and I still haven’t lost a single lash! I had had a slew of not so great experiences with lash extensions, and was honestly feeling ready to just give up on the idea altogether. I found Claire last minute and she was able to get me in just in time for Christmas-and I’m SO GLAD I FOUND HER! She was punctual, clean, and just the sweetest person. Erin is the best, my lashes aren’t over curled but instead lifted at the base making my lashes look super long! I had lash extensions and lifts from another salon for the past 4 years… I decided to try out Lash Lounge for a lift and now won’t go anywhere else. Erin is the best, my lashes aren’t over curled but instead lifted at the base making my lashes look super long! It’s the best lash lift I have ever had and I am always really comfortable and relaxed with her!

Not to mention I travel one hour each way!!! I’ve come in with one eye not looking at all so hot from either sleeping on my one side, or shedding from the weather and worried it wouldn’t be able to be “fixed” or look right but time after time I am proved wrong. The atmosphere is so relaxing … and have to admit I’ve dozed off on more than one occasion! Getting my lashes done is comparable to a massage! I came to Erin for a fill after getting my first full set by someone else, I was super nervous but felt more than comfortable as soon as I walked in, I have now been going to Erin almost every 2-3 weeks and am beyond happy! Not to mention I travel one hour each way!!! Critical: ProfessionalismI had the misfortune of learning just 7 hours before my appointment time that I had been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid. I did the right thing and called to reschedule my appointment. I was surprised to see that they charged me a $135 cancelation fee under those circumstances and when I asked if it could be applied towards my rescheduled appointment I was told told no. I had the misfortune of learning just 7 hours before my appointment time that I had been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid. I did the right thing and called to reschedule my appointment. I was surprised to see that they charged me a $135 cancelation fee under those circumstances and when I asked if it could be applied towards my rescheduled appointment I was told told no. Very disappointing customer service.

Realized later on in the day that I was charged $165 for a light volume FULL SET! (which btw, should only be $160 according to the website). I immediately contacted Claire thinking she charged me incorrectly. Claire advised me that a Full set was needed so she charged me WITHOUT EVER DISCUSSING, nor MAKING ME AWARE that I would be charged for a service I NEVER requested, & again, I tell you a FULL SET for LIGHT VOLUME LASHES is $160! I was charged $165 !!!!! Claire never once made an effort or considered the fact that she took advantage of a customer & charged for a service that was never requested or discussed.
