I was pleased they were able to accept me as a walk in, but I did not get the service I requested. Autumn was supposed to thread my eyebrows. She didn’t seem to know how to thread so mostly plucked my eyebrows. I could have done that on my own. While she was plucking she kept plucking my skin causing me to bleed. I’m still going to have to go home and finish plucking because she couldn’t even get that right. And $19 really? I’ll stick with Ana’s eyebrows. She does an amazing job for $8 and in half the time.

Autumn was amazing!! I went to get my first set of eyelash extensions yesterday and she made me feel like a whole new woman. I’m typically very antsy and impatient (something I gotta work on lol) but Autumn made the whole appointment fly by! She’s incredible at her job. She dealt with my jitters and my nervousness and made me feel even more beautiful than I ever did before. I’ve worn strip lashes every day since I was 17 but I’m happy to say I’ve made the switch to extensions, with her as my lash tech! Thank you Autumn!!

Lash Lounge lacks consistency and reason with their policies. I was heading to my appointment however unexpectedly fell into traffic and was 3 minutes past their walk in cut off. However, before I could even discuss with the receptionist that I had arrived, 5 minutes had already passed as they were running behind and the appointment before me had only now finished her payment process. Lash Lounge had been behind schedule and allowed the lady before me to spill into my time, however did not offer the same understanding and turned me away. Despite no one taking my spot and them being behind schedule, I was still rudely asked to reschedule by one of the most disrespectful receptionists I ever had interacted with. It is also important to note that Lash Lounge does not have a explicit late policy in place and will only reschedule you if another customer or walk in takes your place, which I completely understand. However, it was clear my technician had still been busy before I arrived and that no one else was waiting for an appointment and that the receptionist had simply turned me away for the sake of ease on her part. Most of all, it was the manner in which the receptionist spoke to me. She had a very spiteful disrespectful tone that seemed to come of condescending. It was certainly an experience that made me feel very talked down to. If lash lounge wishes to present a customer-centric and friendly environment, I suggest they begin employing receptionists who have common understanding and respect.

I’ve been going to Jenn for about 2, maybe 2.5 years now. She’s the absolute best! I would never dream of going elsewhere – she understands exactly what I expect. When I first started seeing her, I knew nothing about what I wanted. I told her that I was looking for something that pops but is very natural looking because I’m not a glam kinda girl whatsoever. She’s taken such great care of me from day 1 and we’ve become buddies. The only thing is that I miss the custom fans for my lash extensions. The pre-mades aren’t bad by any means but they’re slightly thinner (not the girls’ fault). I still wouldn’t ever go to anyone else, though! Jenn is the senior stylist so she’s a tad more expensive than the other girls but totally worth it. The quality of her services is top notch, she’s so friendly and personable, her room is very cozy and cute and she uses very high quality products. My natural lashes have zero damage from years of extensions. I can’t recommend Jenn enough!!

I absolutely love the Lash Lounge in Carmel. My stylist, Baylee L. , is so sweet, very gentle, and keeps my lashes looking gorgeous. Her technique makes it to where I don’t even feel like I have on extensions ( I wear 15mm, Hybrids) and I lose the bare minimum of lashes in between my fill-ins. She is bomb! I also love the facility. It’s very clean and organized, with great music. This place is giving good vibes.
