The lashes she gives me makes me so much more confident and she is so down to earth. She is dedicated to her work and literally won’t let you leave until you are satisfied. My husband got eyebrow threading and I had my eyelash extensions and a refill done. All our services were with Caitlin. Even though she has been training during our services, we were both so happy with her. She was friendly, took her time, and made sure we were comfortable. The tables are so comfortable to lay on you could fall asleep. The whole staff was friendly and kind and the location is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

No one compares to Lash Lounge, I drove two hours to get my lashes done and it was worth every Penny to know they are done in a clean environment and by wonderful Lash Stylist. Absolutely love this location and its staff! They are all so kind, and Savanna does an amazing job with my lashes. She’s super patient, thoughtful, and funny.. it’s always an appointment I look forward to in every way. They also use/ sell high quality products, so I’ve never had any issue being a contact lens wearer. Could not recommend the Chimney Rock location more!

I’ve seen so many techs at this location since I started coming here august 2021 and every time I come in I’m so welcomed. Katie has been the main tech I see since I stick to mega-volume refills and she nails it every time. The whole staff is so sweet and accommodating and I’m beyond impressed every time I leave. Highly recommend not only for the quality of service but the hospitality too.

I love this place. The front desk staff are super nice, professional, and always make you feel welcomed. My stylist Lex is amazing and so professional, and so Knowledgeable. She made me feel relaxed, and she’s always asking questions, like how do I feel, do I have any pain or burning. My lashes actually look the best they’ve ever looked. My first time there, she did a survey on me and asked a bunch of questions. She asked how tight I wanted them and also gave me suggestions, and she also asked if had ever did a lift before. She made me feel even more comfortable when explained the process step by step especially as she was doing the process on me, she told me what steps she was doing next. She advised me of dos and don’ts and what to expect. My 2nd time here my lift was even more amazing than I could even imagine. I’ve noticed that my lashes now have more volume and growth. It truly is a life changing experience. I’ve had so many horror stories from other lash locations but this place is Awesome. You guys have truly gained a loyal customer.
