I usually do not like complaining about businesses, but I am really dissatisfied with the service I received a Lash Lounge Alpharetta. I came in on October 6th on the day of my birthday to get a volume dramatic, immediately after leaving the salon I lost half the lashes installed and had to return on October 8th to get lashes repaired. Now I have been wearing lashes for 3 years, so I do know how to maintain them. The manager was none accommodating she did not offer any discounts off of services or future discounts. I told her that I live all the way in Buckhead and I had to drive all the way to Alpharetta on two occasions just to get my lashes redone. I paid a total of $289 for the full set. Now one week after I paid the 289 I had to return back for a Volume refill and they charge me an additional $89, one week after this appointment I had to return and one of my eyes were fully gone with lashes and one eye was still full. I had Victoria do my lashes on the now third appointment and she informed me that I had to pay $135 to get my refill because I did not have any lashes on one of my eyes, she also went to state that she should be charging me for a full set and that she can only do a natural volume opposed to doing a dramatic volume because I do not have enough lashes within that appointment time. Now I have to pay $135 additional, I was just here last week and I just paid $89 and I was just here the week before that and I pay $289 so now I’m paying a total of almost $500 in the course of three weeks . I do not recommend this place they are not good at applying lashes, lashes fall out within one week, they want you to pay for another refill and no refunds or help if you have an issue. This place is a scam and tries to get money out of you every week with refills when they don’t have good stylist. Go far away from this establishment. I tried to handle with manager but she was none accommodating. I filed a dispute with my bank for $229 out the $500 spent. I felt I did get lashes so I felt paying half was more than fair but paying $500 in three weeks and having to return every week is unacceptable, especially if I know how lashes work and been wearing them.

This is a complete scam. I wanted to try eyelash extensions for my 50th birthday party. It took 2 hours to have them attached and within 24 hours over half of them fell out. When I called to tell them most of the lashes were gone the next day, Lash Lounge immediately got on the defensive. I was harassed and asked to text pictures immediately and then told I needed to return ASAP for another 90 minutes to have them ‘fixed.’ In less than a week I canceled my subscription. I alerted The Lash Lounge that I was completely dissatisfied within 24 hours of the application; but was not offered any sort of a refund. Buyer beware…they make you sign a liability agreement up front for a reason.
