I went here last minute. Going out of town and wanted lashes. The person in the front is amazing. Janet, super nice, messages back fast and was able to get me in. I was able to receive the first time special which was great. I’m not one to speak up. Which I should have and I will be contacting them as well. Look what I paid $170 for. I tipped good, any service I do out of respect. I’m super disappointed. It doesn’t even look like I have lashes on. No one can tell. I asked for classic. I’ve had classic lashes before. They’ve never been this empty. It speaks for itself. With the photo below. The lash artist was nice. Used sensitive glue because I’ve told her about past experiences.

I definitely recommend The Lash Lounge Allen – even though I left without eyelash extensions! I requested a call online, and received a delightful call the next morning. Due to a cancellation, they were able to fit me in and made my appointment over the phone. The front staff were lovely and greeted me warmly as I entered. The salon is beautiful, clean, and calming. After consulting with Ashton about my lashes, she gave me her honest evaluation and let me know my lashes needed a month long serum treatment for prior to extensions. Rather than just placing lashes on, she did what was best for my eyes. I instead had my brows tinted for the first time, and I love the result.

Wanted mega volume lashes but they told me they don’t do them. Not a big deal but my stylist asked if I wanted more of a C curl and to which I said yes, I want them to basically touch my eyebrows they’d be so curled. She told me she could and when I left my lashes are anything by curled. That being said, I also keep losing like 10 lashes a day. I blink too hard and my lashes fall out. Are they pretty lashes? yes. Do they last? No. Worth the money? Meh. In the end, I didn’t get what I wanted and paid way too much for them.

Laurie up front is amazing! She is a terrific face to have when one walks in the door. The entire staff is nice. I got my brows tinted, and the color is light, but I think that’s all they had and they did use a darker brown shade. It could just be my thin brows. Either way, very efficient and professional staff and Laurie truly is a doll! Thanks!
