I have never ever left a bad review on anything before and i really don’t want to leave one on here. the ladies were nice the girl who did my hair i will not say her name because she was nice but my hair was messed up so many times. i asked for a balayage i showed a picture i went in with my whole head bleached in theory it didn’t need anymore lightner it just needed brown roots blended in. it started with lightner and two other ladies had to come over and tell her that the lightner had to be washed out the back of my head before the top was even done. i went to the bathroom and pulled on my hair and it was just coming out in clumps i went out and said something and she grabbed the hair from me and told me it was normal to shed when going lighter which again i really don’t think i needed to go lighter it just needed toned. then instead of toning it at first they used purple shampoo. then when i think the other ladies could tell i was about in tears they stepped in and tried to fix it which it was fixed somewhat. the color and everything is good the blending just really isn’t i have a brown line on the left side of my head and one lady did one side of my head while the other did the other so now the brown on the right side of my head goes down so much further than the left side of my head. i don’t like leaving bad reviews and i was nice i tipped her $20 because i know it’s her job and she was trying but all and i have to walk around with a giant streak on the side of my head now
